The Children's Play Gallery Party Themes:
Available during regular business hours or exclusive private parties only for you and your guests. Private Party Time Slots: Saturdays 5 to 7:00 PM, Sundays 12-2:00 PM or 3:00 to 5 PM.

Customized invitations, take-home-reusable-backpack-party favor bags, all tableware, set up & clean-up, refrigerator storage, games and activities, a safe facility, supervision of children, music, face painting and costume dress-up.
Prettiest Princess Dress-Up: Your child and her friends will enjoy beautiful princess costumes and wonderufl accessories in their own princess quarters! The Gallery leaders will help the girls with their dress-up clothes and hair. Party favor bags include a variety of princess accessories! Dancing, play, arts and crafts, parades and face painting complete this prettiest princess party. Bring your camera to take wonderful pictures of your princess and her friends. Included a special gift for the guest of honor.
Pirate Adventure Party- Ahoy Matey! This pirate party is a true adventure! We create activities lead by our pirate entertainers for the young pirates such as pirate dress-up, face painting, games, stories, and other surprises. Party favor bags include pirate toys and accessories. Mermaid costumes also available. Includes is a special gift for the gues of honor.
Children 4 Charity Teddy Bear Tea Party: Whether it's for a birthday or play time celebration, children bring their favorite teddy bear to share with friends during tea time; along with a teddy bear donation for a child in need. In addition, children can bring items such as onsies, diapers, pacifiers, baby socks, booties, baby sleepers, teething rings, washclothes, or whipes, These items are given to families through a local charity and delivered by the gallery staff. After tea, they all join in for fun, face painting, imaginative play, crafts and snacks. Please call the museum to set up your Children 4 Charity Party that can be arranged for any occation!
New! Weekday Toddler Party:
Ages 1 to 3: Have your child's two hour party celebration during the week! Up to 12 children (adults free); party includes invitations, party favor bags, customized arts and crafts projects and games! Discounted Package Cost: $175
Jewelry Making Party: Ages 7+ Give your daughter and her friends a unique party that she will remember for years to come! A jewelry making party provides the entertainment for the birthday celebration as well as a very special bracelet and necklace with pouch keepsake for the special girl and all her guests. Includes special gift for guest of honor.
Weird Science: Ages 6+ Guests arrive for the weird science party and are greeted by their MAD scientific assistance and then given bags with science gear. The kids decorate a lab coat, make glasses and begin with their challenging tests and tasks! The science birthday party will offer various "experiment stations" and give the kids a chance to make static electricity, slime creation, magnet mania and does it sink or swim? We send the scientists home with magnets, compasses, magnifying glasses, kaleidoscopes and also offer the kids easy-to-do scientific experiments to take home as mad scientist party favors. Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
- The cost of a Children's Play Gallery party is one flat rate for up to 10 children with a $10.00 fee for each addtional person attending, over the age of one year.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit toward the Gathering Room rate will be required in order to reserve your celebration time. In a situation, where your party needs to be canceled, the non-refundable deposti can be transferred to another date.
- We require a 6:1 ratio of children to an adult at all times for parties.
- The host must provide food and beverages for the guests yet the staff will assist with serving all guests. Please bring them at the time of your party.
- No alcohol is allowed during regular business hours or for private parties.
- Our normal party slot is a two-hour booking for birthday parties, celebrations or team events. This allows for set up/clean up and time for families to enjoy entertainment and activities.
- Exclusive parties on Saturdays from 5 to 7:00 PM and Sundays 12-2:00 and 3:00-5 PM are reserved for private parties where families enjoy exclusivity to the museum. See information below. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 1 year.

Cost & Booking a party for children and adults:
Party Information:
When: We offer parties Thursdays and Fridays from 5 to 7 Pm, Saturdays 11:30 to 1:30, 2 to 4 PM. (see below for private Saturday night parties).
Cost: $250.00 for the first 10 children, no charge for children under one year of age. $10.00 a person for each additional person. This includes 2 to 3 fun and energetic party leaders, reusable backpack party favor bags, personalized mailed invitations (or ready for pick up), set up and clean up, a day pass for future play for the guest of honor, tableware, costumes, face painting, arts & crafts, scavenger hunt & a parade the stage for pictures.

In a situation where the party needs to be canceled, this non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another date or given back in the form of a gift certificate. Party Favor Backpacks: Additional items that ARE INCLUDED for both the adult and child guests are various party favors consisting of exceptionally special treasures that come in a take home backpack. Treasures Galore party favors backpack and the Prettiest Princess Dress-Up backpack.
Invitations and Thank You Cards: ARE INCLUDED! Please provide us with a mailing list via email so that we can send out personalized invitations to all your guests. Postage not included. Please email us your guest list at info@thechildrensplaygallery.com. Our invites are customized for your party & include a map.
Online Calendar:
Visit our online party calendar "calendars" to view availability and then call or stop into the museum to book your party. A 50% non-refundable deposit towards the Gathering Room rate will be required in order to reserve your planned celebration. If you cannot keep this reservation, the deposit can be transferred to another date or given back in the form of a gift certificate.

Exclusive Private Parties at The Play Gallery:
When: Exclusive and private parties are offered on Saturdays from 5 to 7:00 PM and also on Sundays from 12-2:00 or 3:00-5:00 PM. 2 hours of fun. This includes 2 to 3 fun and energetic party leaders, reusable backpack party favor bags, personalized mailed invitations (or ready for pick up), set up and clean up, a day pass for future play for the guest of honor, classy tableware, costumes, face painting, balloon twisting, arts & crafts, scavenger hunt & a parade to the stage for pictures.
Cost: The cost is $250.00. for the first 10 children no charge for children under one year of age, $10.00 for each additional person. Invitations and backpack party favor bags included. Balloon twisting offered for Private Parties only.
